General policy

In a nutshell, it's quite simple - we will safeguard any personal information the best we can and we will not give it to anyone without your explicit permission. We can guarantee that the technology we use is reasonably secure and the chance of somebody accessing our data without our knowledge is relatively low. For our technology needs we rely exclusively on open-source products and our Web and data servers are hosted by the top-grade provider (in other words, the servers are not sitting in somebody's basement). Anyway, our policy is not to store any critical information, such as credit card numbers, home addresses, or any other personal info that is not directly related to your musical likes or dislikes.

What information we collect

You may voluntarily add your contact information, such as your name and email, to our database, in order to receive news and updates from allsynthpop.com. Our staff will NEVER add somebody without receving that person's request first. We do, however, routinely add the information regarding bands, artists, and related businesses to our online directory. Upon each entry we generate a short notice that explains how to change or remove the information entered by our staff. The notice is then forwarded to the data owner by email or regular mail.

We don't spam! We guarantee that your email address will be used solely to communicate allsynthpop.com news and updates. We will NOT "share" it with anybody else.

How to request your information to be removed

Just send us a short email and put "remove" to the subject line. We would appreciate if you could briefly explain what led you to this decision, however this is not required. Once we receive your email, your name will be removed promptly. No questions asked!
